Gaynor's communication was excellent. About a specific bouquet I had ordered, Gaynor quickly emailed me to say she hadn't a certain flower. She offered an alternative and what felt like a special request from me about colours, went above and beyond to deliver something better than I expected. So happy I'd chosen, Gaynor.
